The Cyprus Academic Forum (CAF), in partnership with the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM) and Management Centre (MC) have launched a Project, in the form of a competition, for the encouragement of young persons with an entrepreneurial drive to develop their Business Ideas on how to enter the market place. The philosophy behind this initiative is to get young persons from both sides of the divide to work towards the social and economic development of their country, in a spirit of mutual cooperation.

 Action for Young Enterprises of Cyprus is a UNDP supported project seeking to foster young start up entrepreneurs. A number of stakeholders with an interest into the new entrepreneurial start up business economy e.g. bankers, financiers, accountants and legal business advisors, academic centre, government support agencies, independent business associations and youth organisations, will cooperate and support the AYEC team with the envisaged portfolio of activities across enterprise training, research, business plan competition facets.
